AttorneyAs an immigrant born and raised in Jamaica, Cathy-Lee Ellison, Esq., is passionate about helping immigrants and advocates zealously for each client she represents. While in law school, Ms. Ellison was selected and participated in the Asylum and Immigration law clinics.
As an immigrant, who was born and raised in Jamaica, Cathy-Lee Ellison, Esq., is very passionate about helping immigrants and advocates zealously for each client that she represents. While in law school, Ms. Ellison was selected and participated in the Asylum and Immigration law clinics.
Prior to establishing her law firm, Ms. Ellison worked at a large Immigration law firm, as a Senior Attorney and at a boutique law firm as a Managing Attorney. She has extensive experience practicing removal defense and general family-based immigration. Ms. Ellison also worked at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where she attained invaluable litigation experience, and was selected to be a Deputy Attorney General.
She graduated from Hofstra University School of Law, in 2017, and is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. As immigration law is federal, Ms. Ellison represents clients in all 50 states. Ms. Ellison is a very talented litigator, who has a track record of winning many cases before the Immigration Court.
